About Us

Kyler’s Krew is a nonprofit organization that was founded with the sole purpose to help give back to those foundations, organizations, and research that have helped Kyler and our family navigate this childhood cancer journey.

Our youngest son, Kyler has been battling B-Cell Lymphoblastic Leukemia since February 2023.  Kyler was originally classified as standard risk ALL. While he was not able to meet the MRD levels after the induction period, he was moved to very high risk B-ALL due to test results showing two mutations.  Throughout these past months he has been receiving chemotherapy treatments.  He has had highs and lows throughout his cancer journey and has also had to under go appendicitis surgery during this short period of time.  Needless to say, Kyler has had to grow beyond his years and put on a brave front to fight against all odds.

Our family has been blessed to be able to stay on this path to recovery and not undergo a more invasive route. Kyler has had to endure bravery at such a young age. He has the most admirable attitude and outlook despite all he has already been through.  He seems to have a good understanding of what he is going through at the age of 4 and despite it all, he manages to carry on being his goofy self, putting smiles on everyone’s faces.  He’s one that always chooses to dance and be happy when given the chance.  He is no doubt a true hero, someone to look up to and lead by example.  We are blessed to have him in our lives, and we believe he will bless many with his character for many years to come.

Today, Kyler continues to visit his Oncologist for monthly labs and chemotherapy and God willing, he looks forward to ringing the bell in June 2025.

Throughout our childhood cancer journey, our family has been embraced by the surrounding community in faith, gestures, gifts and love. With the same spirit that Kyler has battled Leukemia, we want Kyler’s Krew to give back to the very people, foundations, and research that have supported Kyler and our family.

Our mission is to provide comfort and support research for Childhood Cancer.
